You get the person; we handle NIN verification, guarantors, uniforms, attendance tracking, cover when someone is sick, and one invoice at the end of the month. If a placement is not working, we replace them within 24 hours.

How do you vet staff?
NIN verification against NIMC, a documented guarantor with their own verified ID and address, a reference check where prior employment exists, and an in-person skills assessment. Nobody is placed at PENDING status.
What happens if someone does not show up?
We send cover. Our commitment is a replacement on site within 24 hours, and you are not billed for the day that was missed.
How does billing work?
One invoice at the end of each month, itemised per placement, with the attendance record attached. Standard terms are 14 days.
Can we interview before placement?
Yes. We shortlist against your requirements and you meet them before anyone starts.
